The calculation combines base rate, occupancy, lead time and configured factors. Its detail helps explain where the proposed price comes from.

Is every suggestion published immediately?

No. The demonstrated workflow requires selecting and applying changes. Any automated application needs explicit, separate configuration.

Can I set minimum and maximum rates?

Yes, the preview uses configured limits. Review them alongside the strategy and base rate for each room type.

Does the price automatically reach OTAs?

Channel Manager must be configured first, with channels connected and room types and rate plans mapped. Once the rate is applied in the PMS, synchronisation follows those connections and configured procedures.
