1. Technical session cookie

When you open informational chat or begin a demo request, the server may set a technical cookie to recognise the session and protect requests. The cookie contains a random identifier; it does not contain chat or form text.

In production the cookie is named __Host-LZLANDING, lasts up to 30 minutes and uses Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict attributes. It is limited to the website functions that need it.

• Purpose: maintain the requested session and protect the demo form and chat from unauthorised requests.
• Duration: up to 30 minutes.
• Type: first-party technical cookie, necessary for a feature started by the user.

2. Optional Google Analytics

The technical cookie secures chat and the demo form. Only if you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures visits to pages of the public website. Optional analytics rely on consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Refusing or withdrawing does not limit browsing.

Analytics receives the page path and language, public title, referral domain and technical information handled by the service, including cookie identifiers. Connecting to Google involves processing the IP address according to the service’s practices. Our code excludes arbitrary queries, URL fragments, builder choices, form fields and chat messages. We do not enable advertising features, Google Signals or User-ID.

Before consent and after refusal, we do not load the Google tag or send cookieless measurements. _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish visits and sessions; their maximum duration is 180 days, without automatic renewal in our configuration. 3. Preferences and withdrawal

On your first visit, choose Accept Analytics or Reject. Cookie preferences reopens your choice and lets you withdraw consent. Withdrawal blocks new measurements and removes Analytics cookies accessible on this domain; it does not automatically erase data already received by Google.

We store only the choice, version and date in localStorage under lz_analytics_consent for 180 days. This technical record avoids asking on every visit. If storage is blocked, the site remains usable and the choice may be requested again. You can also delete data through browser settings; blocking the technical cookie may prevent chat and demo-form features.
