How we use
website data.

Information about demo enquiries, chat and cookies on the Lenzuoli website.

Updated on 17 October 2026

Lenzuoli is a project founded by Steven Cattan and Nicolò Lunedei. Steven Cattan and Nicolò Lunedei are the controllers of data collected through this website. To contact us or exercise your rights, email hello@lenzuoli.com. This notice explains which data we use and why.

1. What this notice covers

This notice covers the Lenzuoli presentation website, demo-request form, commercial contacts and informational chat. Data processed in accommodation providers’ management systems, including guest data, is covered by separate notices.

For privacy questions or requests concerning your data, email hello@lenzuoli.com and explain that your enquiry concerns the Lenzuoli website.

2. Information you provide

You can visit the website without completing the form or opening chat. When you choose to contact us, we receive the information you enter.

  • For a demo we ask for your full name, work email, role, property name and type, and preferred language.
  • Phone number, number of rooms or apartments, website, product of interest and message are optional. Required fields are marked; without completing them you cannot submit the request through the form.
  • We record acknowledgement of the notice and a technical request reference. Acknowledgement is not consent to receive advertising.
  • Chat receives what you write. Do not include guest data, credentials, documents or health information: these are unnecessary for a product question.
  • The site also processes IP addresses, session identifiers and technical connection information for operation and security.

3. Why we use this information

We use the data to answer your enquiry, arrange a demonstration and keep the website operational and protected. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or initiate automatic promotional campaigns.

  • Demo and service enquiries: pre-contractual steps requested by the individual under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For organisational representatives and general contacts, the legitimate interest in managing communication under Article 6(1)(f).
  • User-requested chat, service continuity and abuse prevention: the legitimate interest in providing and protecting the website under Article 6(1)(f), taking users’ rights into account.
  • Applicable legal duties and protection of rights: Article 6(1)(c) and, where relevant, Article 6(1)(f).

4. How we handle a demo enquiry

The form sends an email to hello@lenzuoli.com through the configured mail service. The team uses your contact details to reply and agree on next steps. You can also email us directly.

The website does not create an archive of complete forms: the content remains in the received email and the mail systems involved. To avoid duplicates, it separately keeps a reference, a technical content fingerprint, delivery status and a date. These records do not contain the form’s text.

Chat processes the information you enter only when you choose to use it.

5. What happens in chat

Chat uses an artificial intelligence service to answer questions about Lenzuoli products. When you use it, the text you send and the context needed to answer are processed by the service. Chat cannot access your hotel’s reservations or operational data.

Do not enter guests’ personal data or identity documents here. For check-in and operational documents, use the property’s authorised management-system workflow.

The conversation remains available on the page while you use it. You can request a demo or contact us by email without using chat.

To follow your questions, the session keeps only structured property preferences in memory, such as room count, property type and areas of interest, plus technical exchange references. It does not store question or answer text on the server. These references and preferences expire with the technical session, approximately 30 minutes; the visible conversation remains on the page.

6. Cookies and optional analytics

The technical cookie secures chat and the demo form. Only if you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures visits to pages of the public website. Optional analytics rely on consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Refusing or withdrawing does not limit browsing.

Analytics receives the page path and language, public title, referral domain and technical information handled by the service, including cookie identifiers. Connecting to Google involves processing the IP address according to the service’s practices. Our code excludes arbitrary queries, URL fragments, builder choices, form fields and chat messages. We do not enable advertising features, Google Signals or User-ID.

Change your choice through Cookie preferences on every page. Withdrawal blocks new measurements and removes Analytics cookies accessible to the website; it does not automatically erase data already received by Google. The Cookie Policy describes retention and preference management. Fonts remain self-hosted.

7. Who receives the information

Data may be accessed by authorised people who handle enquiries and manage the website. We use services needed for hosting, web infrastructure, email and, if you use chat, AI processing. Authorities may receive information where an applicable duty requires it.

External services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Any transfers require the conditions and safeguards provided by the GDPR. You can ask the privacy contact about the actual recipients and safeguards relevant to your data.

If you accept analytics, the recipient is Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics; processing may involve Google LLC and other service providers, including outside the EEA. Details: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms/.

8. How long we retain it

Periods and criteria depend on the type of data and the service involved.

If an unexpected shutdown interrupts a submission before its outcome can be established, its technical reference, status and date may be kept beyond that window until delivery is checked. This prevents an unintended duplicate; the technical lock does not contain the form text.

  • Technical session: approximately 30 minutes. The cookie contains no form or chat text.
  • Duplicate-submission checks: a 24-hour window. Expired records are removed at the next cleanup, which runs at service startup, hourly and during submissions. Deletion does not occur at an exact expiry second.
  • Email: to handle and close the enquiry and any requested follow-up. Afterwards, only as needed for the resulting relationship, applicable duties or protection of rights. Automatic mailbox deletion is not promised.
  • Conversation on the page: it remains available while you use chat. The AI service’s retention terms depend on the service itself.
  • Provider and infrastructure data: according to service purposes and applicable conditions. Contact hello@lenzuoli.com to ask about the processing associated with your request.
  • Analytics preference: 180 days in the browser. _ga and _ga_* cookies: up to 180 days, without automatic renewal in our configuration. GA4 user and event data retention: 2 months, with reset on new activity disabled; some aggregated reports follow the service’s rules.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, and portability where the conditions apply. You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your situation. Requests are assessed under GDPR Articles 12 and 15–22.

Email hello@lenzuoli.com with your request and its context. If necessary, we will ask for proportionate information to verify it. You may also complain to a competent authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali through the channels published on garanteprivacy.it.

10. AI answers and notice updates

Lenzuoli’s AI features are designed and operated to meet the applicable obligations of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act). When you interact with chat, you are informed that you are using an AI system. Answers are informational, may be inaccurate and should be checked; they are not used to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on an individual.

If the website’s features or purposes change, we update this notice before the relevant new processing. The date above identifies the version you are reading.
