Does Lenzuoli connect to my PMS, CRM or RMS?

PMS, RMS and CRM are already part of Lenzuoli, in the same workspace. If you want to keep software you use today, we build the connection when the system provides access to its data.

How long does it take to connect a system?

It depends on how the system exchanges data. After the check, we tell you the timing and terms before any work starts.

Can I switch to Lenzuoli without losing my data?

Yes. We help you bring guest records and data across from your current system. What can be imported depends on what the old software allows you to export.

What do I need to activate the connections already available?

Your property’s accounts: Alloggiati Web credentials, certified email (PEC) for invoices, and your booking channel and payment accounts. We guide you through the setup.
