The connection project

A project connecting your AI assistants to the PMS.

The idea is to bring your property’s context into AI assistants you already use. AI connection is a project in development: authorised access, explicit scopes and proposals confirmed inside the management system.

An authorised connection

The project plans a connection bound to a user and property. Access is defined through scopes, with the ability to revoke it.

Selected information reads

Initial planned reads cover property information, availability, occupancy and statistics. They do not provide general access to the database.

Confirmation inside the product

For supported changes, the planned workflow presents a proposal for browser review in the management system. The decision remains in the authorised environment.

How could this make running my hotel easier?

The aim is to bring availability, property information and statistics into the AI assistant you already know, reducing the steps between tools. We start with the tasks you want to simplify and check your account, compatibility and the operations useful to your hotel before enabling the connection.

Can the AI change prices or bookings without my consent?

The project provides for proposals to review and confirm in the management system. The service is under development: operations and compatibility require verification; initial documented capabilities do not establish tariff changes.

Who decides which information the assistant can access?

You decide in the access settings: choose which information to make available to the assistant and revoke the connection whenever you want.

Can I use it from my phone too?

The goal is to consult authorised information from a phone using a compatible AI client. The connection is under development and availability must be checked on the actual account before activation.
