A direct booking starts on your website and continues in your property’s operations. The Booking Engine supports the choice of dates, rooms and services using the information and conditions you configure.

Search for the actual stay

Dates, children with their ages and multiple rooms in one search. Guests compare and filter rooms, pick flexible dates, extras and real promotions; deposit and balance follow your configured conditions.

An experience to prepare

The editor guides you from template to publishing, with desktop and mobile previews and the draft kept apart from the published version. The guest journey is available in Italian, English, German and French.

After confirmation, the stay connects to the Planner and the folio. In Results you follow the journey from search to booking and compare two presentations of your booking engine.

Can I receive quote requests?

Yes, a quote request can be integrated as a separate journey. It is distinct from immediately confirming a reservation.

Are payments already active?

They require a configured provider and payment conditions. Available methods, provider costs and fees must be checked for the property.

Does a draft change what guests see?

The editor and publishing process distinguish preparation from the public version. Review the preview before publishing changes.
